THE CENTRE
The Centre for Legal Theory was established under the auspices of National Law University, Jodhpur, in May 2015. In addition to running the Indian Journal of Legal Theory, it aims to enhance debate and discussion in the field of law and jurisprudence in India, as well as around the world. It seeks to contribute towards developing legal thought and research in this largely neglected, but highly relevant field of law. Advised by distinguished scholars in the field from across the world, the Centre hopes that it can bring to the fore scholarly deliberation and dialogue with regards law, legal theory and jurisprudence.
